RentNova ("we," "us") provides weekly rental-market intelligence to property managers and owners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RentNova or submitting your email to us, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Contact information — the email address you provide when you request early access or create an account.
• Property information — the property addresses, rents, and details you enter so we can generate your market reports.
• Account & usage data — login session data and basic technical information (such as your browser type) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To create and deliver your market reports.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To contact you about your account, early access, or important service updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising or share your information for others' marketing.

How & where your data is stored

Your account and property data are stored in our Supabase database (which also handles authentication). Access is restricted to RentNova's server, and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run RentNova, who process data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy practices:

• Supabase — database and account authentication (stores your email, property data, and login sessions).
• RentCast — rental market data; we send property addresses to retrieve comparable listings and market figures.
• Resend — email delivery; used to send your market reports, digests, and account notifications to your email address.
• Google — optional "Sign in with Google" authentication; if you choose it, Google confirms your identity and shares your email with us.
• Render — application hosting.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or interest is active, and delete it on request (see below).

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
